United States only. Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days after processing.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours during business days (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM EST). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Restrictions
- • We currently ship to continental United States only
- • Certain restricted items (ammunition, large tactical equipment) may have additional shipping limitations
- • International orders are not available at this time
- • Delivery addresses must match billing address for security purposes
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package in real-time. Tracking information is typically available within 24 hours of shipment.
Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit:
- 1. Contact us immediately at support@pavashot.com with your order number and tracking information
- 2. Provide photos of any damage if the package arrived damaged
- 3. We'll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue
- 4. If the package is confirmed lost, we'll issue a replacement or refund at no cost
Signature Requirements
Orders containing certain restricted items or high-value shipments may require a signature upon delivery. This ensures secure delivery and protects both you and us. If you're not home, the carrier will leave instructions for redelivery.
